Acting informally as sun-trackers, the colored shadows change throughout the day and season providing variation to the otherwise static building face. The incorporation of stained glass in buildings has historically been a means of imparting an otherworldly aspect to their presence. As a member of the community review panel said, “Sun’s” stained glass is out in public instead of in a closed, authority building.”
