Acting informally as sun‐trackers, the colored shadows change throughout the day and season providing variation to the otherwise static building face. The incorporation of stained glass in buildings has historically been a means of imparting an otherworldly aspect to their presence. As a member of the community review panel said: “Sun’s” stained glass is out in public instead of in a closed, authority building.”
